Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is protected from damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
